I was told by my friend that one of my magic items is to OP
Is 1 damage per round for +5 on both attack rolls fair or should I lower it? Oh Yeah +7 for barbarians.
Why am I writing this? Likes idea of a class for alchemy (I do not count artificer).

lol, it's ridiculously OP. The maximum bonus to attack rolls from any item in the game is +3.
