Blood Wind is a level 1 spell from Savage Species. My opinion is this spell should be update because then natural weapons from certain PC species, for example minotaurs, could be more useful.
But if it a catrip, then the range should be shorter.

It appeared in Savage Species, for the transition from 3rd to 3.5 Ed. I would like a catrip 0 level update for 5 ed.
