Is it possible to make a homebrew magical weapon without any mastery? I can't find anything in the creation tool to turn this off? Even the legacy magical weapons seem to have it by default now? Thanks.
Would be really nice feature to have... also the ability to make homebrew magic items that can be activated as a bonus action... the only work around I have found is to make a light weapon and set duel wield in custom setting... but this does not address the Mastery property.
Great question. I'd be interested in this as well. Moreover, I'm not a fan of the new mastery property rules, e.g., some of them seem arbitrary:
why does a long sword give the attacker advantage on the next attack?
why does a sling bullet slow the creature attacked?
why do some mastery properties allow the attacked creature to roll a saving throw (i.e. Topple), but other master properties don't?
I'd prefer that all the weapon masteries to require a saving throw or require a separate roll to determine if the mastery property activates. Maybe like the 3.5e mechanic of backing up a critical hit.

Same question here! Did you find a solution?
Also wondering this.
