Those are some really powerful cantrips. Polymorph is already considered a 4th level spell, so having a better version of it available as a cantrip is way too overpowered, especially if you eventually get to transform an unlimited number of creatures without concentration. I do like this class in theory, since Polymorph is one of my favorite spells to use and try to find creative uses for, but this class just feels way too powerful. I think it would be better to set more limitations on the spells acquired through this class... having Alter Self as a cantrip at level 3 is crazy. I think if you were going to do that you would have to do a limited version of the spell... perhaps the Cantrip version allows you to use it to alter appearance, but doesn't allow the Aquatic Adaptation or Natural Weapons form, but instead allows you to alter your appearance at will (similar to a Changeling).
In general I think there should be some limitations to these abilities. Just getting access to the Polymorph spell without consuming spell slots to use it would already be a big deal... I think without all the modifiers you're including giving acces to Polymorph at an earlier level and allowing the player to cast it without consuming a spell slot could be huge. Like... let's say you learn the spell at 5th level, and you can cast it once as an action without consuming a spell slot, and you regain this ability after a long rest. Then as you level up you gain more uses of the spell between rests. Perhaps the max level version of it gains the True Polymorph feature where, if you hold concentration for the whole hour, the effect becomes permanent. So not as versatile as True Polymorph (you'd still have to transform someone into a creature and not, say... a giant diamond) but still a really solid end-game ability for this unique class.
Pocket Morph is interesting to me... it's a clever idea and I'm not sure how balanced it is. Keeping it as limited to willing creatures definitely helps to balance it out. I feel like maybe you should limit it to one creature at a time? Like... add the detail that if you cast it again then any creature already transformed returns to their normal form. Being able to carry your entire party in your pocket feels unbalanced.
thank you for your feedback and I do agree so i made the polymorph abilities once per day after a long rest like you suggested and alter-self has also been changed and I change the natural weapons to 1D4 instead of 1D6
