Whether you're looking for a face-to-face game only and, if so, the physical area you are able to travel to for games
Online. Voice through Discord. Using Roll20 for the tabletop. DnD Beyond for character sheets.
Whether you're looking for an online game only and, if so, which timezone you're in and your availability (e.g. 18:00 - 23:30 weekdays except Monday).
Online. Voice through Discord. Using Roll20 for the tabletop. DnD Beyond for character sheets. Sundays 18:30-22:00 EST. Be sure to get the Chrome Extension Beyond 20 to be able to throw spells/rolls from DnD Beyond to Roll20. It is amazing.
Any preferences you have for play - this can be as simple as, "I prefer casual games," or, "I love meaningful roleplay between characters" - this helps match you with a group with a similar style.
I seem to enjoy combat more so than roleplaying. But if I am a player then I feel I am adaptable.
Whether you prefer to play or DM.
I like to both play and DM, but I am still learning both still
Hello all,
Newer DM looking to fill have 3-5 PCs to run combat encounters. Basic concept is an environment/enemy type is chosen at random, then the adventurers will have a battle. I'm trying out the new encounter tracker in DnD Beyond. I am also using the Encounter Creator in DnD Beyond for the encounters, and I set them to be just above Deadly to hopefully keep things interesting.
I have 3 pre-rolled and equipped PCs read for anyone to just pick up through DnD Beyond. My guidelines are PCs are: Level 11 characters. I have bought most of the source material via DnD Beyond and have it shared in my campaign. Magic items: Only Common and Uncommon allowed. 1 weapon, 1 armor or shield, 1 wonderous item or rod/staff/wand. Some PCs that are full casters may have 2 wonderous items or rods/staffs/wands as they won't be proficient in armor/shields. Potions: All PCs will get 3 potions of Greater Healing (so the team doesn't require a healer, but they are still welcome). To drink one is a Bonus Action. To give one to an ally is an Action. Money: 1,000gp for starting equipment, spell components, and other non-magical items. This money is separate from the above magic items and potions. Spell components: Just have a component pouch (25gp) and I waive all components that do not have a monetary value to them. But spells like Revivify that require 300gp of diamonds that is consumed by the spell means that component will need to be taken out of your starting money.
I am a Half-orc Barbarian Sage and I would like to join your campaign. i am new to online play but not to d and d. I have every thing to get started. I can reroll my character for level one, or start a new one.

I'm totally new to Tabletop RPGs, I've watched some campaigns, but never played in one. Let me know if you are interested in adding me
