Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: A GM with 7 years of the text-based, table, and online experience. Ready to expand and build new fun and exciting experiences with new people) Location/Timezone: The game will be played over Zoom and Owlbear VTT, and Discord for between-session group communication. The campaign will start at the beginning of January. The time and day of the week are discussable, there are many free timeslots. Schedule: This will be a long-term campaign (I'm loosely aiming at 12 sessions with the possibility for an extension) run once a week. Roles sought: I am looking for about 5 players to run a campaign for. Game style: My games tend to be 50/50 roleplay and combat. My passion is custom-made near sandbox-style campaigns based in Forgotten Realms setting, with interconnected plots based on players' backstories and the rich lore of the world. First priority is fun and engaging games.
After the campaign is finished players may continue their adventures, go to other planes, Feywild, Shadowfell with all its domains of dread. Planescape and Spelljammer are on the plate too. It all depends on the players'/characters' desires and decisions. Same time I don't expect players to know anything lorewise out of their chars' backstory, which I can help to connect to the world.

Gameplay details

The game itself will be played on Zoom and Owlbear VTT, no video is required but feel free to if you wish.
How will character creation work
Character creation can be completed before Session 0 or during it. (Lvl is 1 or 2, will discuss at Session 0) The characters will be created in DnD Beyond, Standard Array for abilities. Any additional features or equipment can be discussed. All of the WotC published materials are allowed, however, some species will be vetoed to not break the Forgotten Realms setting, if you choose something special ask me before locking it in)
Choose your adventure
There are 3 different campaigns below, choose the one you like to be a part of):
The archipelago of Whalebones, seven small islands in the Trackless Sea are often described as just rocks with beaches covered in shipwrecks and carcasses of ocean fauna, pirate dens, nothing of interest to powers and merchants of Sword Coast. But sometimes isolated places like Whalebones become a stage for heroic deeds and great villainy. Especially now, when the petty kings of the three largest islands call their subjects to war with their neighbors, the tabaxi shamans see strange signs in their meditations, and the Maelstrom throws more and more strange artifacts on the sandy beaches...
Thirty-three years passed since the explosion of the Hotenaw volcano, which covered with ash, smoke, and lava one of the largest city on the northern Sword Coast, Neverwinter. Then survivors, led by lord Dagult Neverember returned to the ruins of their city, they found devastated streets swarming with monsters, orc clans, and even drow elves in underground catacombs. Long thirty years it took to reclaim the Northern Jewel, but at last, optimistic news began to spread across Faerun - Neverwinter was rebuilt and waiting for new guests. And you have answered the call. The year is 1484, cold, harsh winter. Only the bravest merchants dared to send their caravans to northern lands, where bandits and strange beasts still roam on snow-covered roads. One such caravan belongs to Mannum Raman, a merchant from Calimshan, that took you as passengers and, in case of bad luck, guards...
Suzail, the capital of Cormyr kingdom, became your home for the last couple of months. Sweet ale, friendly inns, bustling city streets, companions, and sure work at Trueshield Trading company, was a nice change of pace, compared to the wildlands outside. But everything changed one foggy winter night, then you were on your way to the capital from the sea elves' settlement, after trading with them on behalf of your boss, lady Brenvaris Priacos. Bad day to return to the city, if you ask me, the day of High Hunt, the holiday of bestial god Malar…
