Aspect of the dragon – Pick a dragon type from the table above – Can change after a long rest
Draconic Strike: Unarmed Strikes can do slashing or Bludgeoning damage
Spirit of the Dragon: Unarmed strikes can do B/S damage or elemental Damage. Once per turn when hit with Spirit of dragon unarmed strike, make a CON save vs Monk Focus DC or consult table.
Level 6
Gift of the Dragon: As a magic action a Monk can spend PB Focus points to breathe a 15-foot cone or 20-foot (5’ Wide) line of damage based on Aspect chosen. When hit with Gift of dragon breathe attack, make a CON save vs Monk Focus DC or consult table.

Level 11
Spend 2 Focus points and gain a fly speed for 1 minute - (Can hover)
Level 17
For 5 Focus points can cast Draconic Transformation (FIZBAN BOOK) as a bonus action No material (Component) once per long rest and it lasts 1 minutes or until Monk in incapacitated or brought to 0 HP
What does "1d4 Acid until the end of the target's turn" mean? Does it mean "If the target fails the CON Save, all subsequent Unarmed made by the Monk from an Action, Bonus Action, or Reaction to the Target do an extra 1d4 Acid Damage until the end of the Target's next Turn?" Same with all the other options?
Emerald: "Disadvantage till end of target’s turn" Disadvantage on what? Ability Checks? Attacks? Saving Throws? All D20 Tests? This seems quite powerful for a resourceless Class Feature.
Sapphire: "Deafened till end of target’s turn" Deafened is a defined Condition, but since you can only choose to change the effect you produce once per Long Rest... Why would anyone ever choose this option?
Topaz: "Slowed" is not a Rules-Glossary-Defined Condition; what are its effects?
Level 6: Gift of the Dragon
I would recommend against tying the Focus Point Cost of Gift of the Dragon to the character's Proficiency Bonus, since Proficiency Bonus is tied to Character Level, rather than Monk Level; Multiclassing can result in a character who winds up spending more and more to use the feature without getting any extra benefit.
Level 6 Monk/Revised Ascendant Dragon spends 3 of their 6 total Focus points for a feature that
Will consume their Action
Will only do 3d8 damage
Requires the target to fail a CON save
Success on the Saving Throw means no effect.
Level 6 Revised Ascendant Dragon/ 14 (other class) has to spend 5 of their 6 total Focus Points to do the same thing.
There's also no point in including amounts for levels 1-5 on the table for a Subclass Feature that only is available with 6 levels of Monk.
I would recommend just tying the feature's dice of damage to the Martial Arts Die, potentially adding an Attribute Modifier, and allow the spending of a variable number of Focus points related to the number of rolls of the Martial Arts Die.
For the level 11 feature, you need to specify how to calculate what that Fly speed is, and name the feature.
