Loviatar’s followers managed to capture the dragonborn priestess and presented her before Loviatar. Lliira had no fear of the goddess of pain, and instead smiled kindly. Even when Loviatar put Lliira through torture and pain, Lliira kept smiling and stayed optimistic. Eventually, even Loviatar cracked and had to admit she liked the girl. Lliira became Loviatar’s only friend. When Waukeen learned, she was forced to cast Lliira from her priesthood. Loviatar offered Lliira a place among her priesthood, but Lliira confessed she could not become a mistress of pain. Loviatar accepted and instead offered Lliira another way. Through an extreme trial, Lliira unlocked her own divinity. Becoming the goddess of happiness.
