You push the pole in under the lizardfolk, and the jets all lessen and begin to pour into the mouths of the Lizardfolk, Ogre, Goblin, Dragon, Owlbear, Panther, and Eagle.
From somewhere below you comes a gurgling sound, accompanied by the rushing of water. You feel a slight current drag at your legs as the water in the room seems to drain away towards the rack at the back of the room. The flow ebbs to a trickle, leaving the floor and walls a brighter shade of green as the algae which covers them has swollen with the water.
There is a click from the door, and it swings slightly open.
(Thoroughly enjoyed running that one! Has anyone got anything for the next room?)
I know I just jumped in last room, but I'd like to try this one. This 10 foot wide room(more like a hallway) is made of white marble and dimly lit, except for a switch on the wall next to you, which has a lit torch next to it. You see there are carvings on the wall shaped like monsters you might have fought. The first set are red dragons. The next three sets are hydras, mind flayers, and green dragons. You can't see past the hydras(15 feet down the hallway) due to pour lighting.

Thoruk the barbarian reappears, entering the next room. He lights a torch of his own on the one on the wall, and moves to look over the carvings, moving down the hallway, looking for an exit at the other end. He is wary of the dragons as he passes - are the heads pointing into the corridor, or are they flat to the wall?

The carvings are half out of the wall, half in. Your torch does not light anything. As in it gives off no light. Then it goes out.
You notice the switch on the wall that I pointed out when I described the room.
“There’s a switch!” Angelino will switch the switch!
The red dragons magically light up, and you see past the green dragons there are a pair of gelantious cubes in the wall. Then the door slams shut behind you.
Kay places a pole back under the lizardfolk

Interesting. Do I pick up anything with my Darkvision (30ft.)?
Does the torch on the wall look like it's removable?

Your darkvision does not appear to work;the torch could maybe be removed with a strength check.
In that case then Thoruk will attempt to remove the torch from the wall.

You pull it free from the wall mount torch holder thingy and it goes out. You can no longer see past the hydras.
"oh."
Thoruk will try to put it back, and if it doesn't hold itself he will lean nonchalantly on it and pretend he didn't just break it.

It fits back in the slot and starts burning again. Because of the position you were in fitting it back in, your hair catches fire.
“Huh, okay? So looks like we need to get down the room. I don’t want to do that without light. Anyone got magic for that?”
Somebody want to make a perception(NOT investigation) check?
Or put out the fire on that guy's head?
8… for perception!
You notice the switch on the wall that I pointed out when I described the room.
Thoruk will put out his beard (he's otherwise bald), and then step suspiciously away from the magic torch.

The red dragons magically light up, and you see past the green dragons there are a pair of gelantious cubes in the wall. Then the door slams shut behind you.
Before you can step away, somebody slams the level on your knee and you fall prone.
Do I see who slammed him?
You, when you pulled the lever. Another two rows light up and you see a pair of tarrasques and two chests
