Ok, so first of all this is an AL character. So my original idea for the character was to be a second healer tank. He is a pure WIS based build. but then AL threw a monkey wrench into the mix, by giving me a staff of the woodlands. So now I have to go druid or else I can not use this wonderful Item of mine. So now the question, Do I just do 1 lvl into druid, do I do 2?? Maybe more?? If I do 2 lvls which Druid do I go?? I don't know. Pls help and thank you.

Sounds like you wanted to play a ranger, but then a magic item has complicated that. Do you WANT to be a druid multiclass? Can you still trade magic items in AL?
I say either trade the staff for something more for your ranger or keep the staff and take one level in druid, at least for now. Your ranger magic will thank you.
Currently my chaecter is LVL7 Ranger6/Druid1 using Shillelagh and a staff as the main weapon. So the staff of the Woodlands is actually a really good magic item for my build, as it is a +2 quarterstaff. I was just asking is it even worth doing a druid multiclass?? and if so how much.

Got it. It’s a potent and fun multiclass combo. I would take ranger to 9. Conjure animals!
At first glance I would say 2 levels of druid to get the subclass features of something like the circle of shepherd to help buff your awakened menagerie.
But really you just got a build changing magic item. I would go with whatever subclass makes the most sense flavor wise. Somebody else will be here to point out Spores can get you more damage.
I wouldn't neglect the Ranger levels long though, because at 7 your beast's attacks become magical.
edited to add. I love how the build has come together. An excellent wisdom based Ranger.
I would say stick to a 1 or 2 level dip since you're a Beast Master. If you're planning on taking this to level 20, a 1 level dip lets you keep all your ASI's and you don't lose much. If you're willing to lose that last ASI, I think a 2 level dip could provide some cool buffs.
At 2nd level there are a couple of interesting choices you could go with depending on what kind of story or utility you want for your character. Circle of Dreams gives you a little bit of extra healing, Circle of Spores gives you an extra D6 on every melee hit for 10 minutes twice per short rest (and a reaction to cause damage), or Circle of Stars is really strong for almost anything you want to do (ranged dps, some healing). I would say go Circle of Spores if you want to stick to melee or Circle of Stars if you want a little bit of everything. Circle of Stars gives you Guidance for free, two free uses of Guiding Bolt and it is always prepared, and the Starry Form. The Starry Form can be either a BA, 1d8+WIS ranged attack, an extra 1d8+WIS healing for anyone when you cast a healing spell, or Take10 on any concentration, INT, or WIS check for ten minutes, twice per short rest.
Edit: Should clarify, I probably wouldn't go past level 2 in Druid, if you decide to go any further with it, unless you plan to commit to Druid.
My best advice is to experiment with whatever. Remember, in AL you can rebuild your character in between adventures however you like, so whether you go 10, or 6, or even stay in 1, just try it out.
I would suggest that you stay in certain levels just to get a feel for it. Maybe stay ranger 6/druid 4 at lvl 10 total for a couple adventures. Try out ranger 9/druid 1 the next time, then other level combinations. Either way, you still gain the downtime, gold, and items. If you decide to level up to catch up, use the downtime to do so.
If you are having fun as a ranger, then 2 would be where I’d go as a druid, specifically for wild shape and your circle. The newer options give some quite good uses for your wild shape, so that might be the best choice. Getting that wildfire spirit, starry form, or symbiotic entity up could be quite useful.
Only reason I wouldn't recommend Wildfire Druid is because the Wildfire Spirit conflicts with the Beastmaster's companion since they both need your bonus action to do anything but dodge.
So my AL group goes to tier 3, so I have the ability to play to LVL 16, and I am thinking of either going 2 LVL stars just for the healing and spells, or LVL 6 Shepard for the extra animals. Both seem like good options.

True, though wildfire spirit isn't the only druid feature that uses a bonus action and Tasha's beastmasters can sacrifice an action to have their pet attack (rather than only using their bonus action).
I didn’t even look at your character sheet, to be honest. I would still say just 1 level of druid, just for your staff, but just play it by ear from there. You are a ranger. Level 7 is a big one for either beast master, and level 11 surpasses most other ranger subclasses in pure melee martial damage potential. Conjure animals and plant growth are huge perks of the class that set rangers apart from other non-full casters. You can always just take a level (at a level up, of druid level 2) when you need to fill a role, have achieved what you want out of the beast master for a while, or want to diversify.
Note I played a ranger X (druid 2) recently (it kind of helped because I rolled semi poor stats.) I had a good time with it. I think lvl2 is probably the best dip.
One of the best parts of this multiclass is the allowing ritual:Druid spells on prepared spells (saving on slots it will also work with the ones the ranger shares with druid) and the small selection of prepared spells. Pick your "always spells" on ranger and "situational" ones on druid.

There are some sad notes though:
Unless you have something I don't know then scale doesn't work on a druid. No metal armor.
Sadly you will need to downgrade that AC if you go Druid.
