Most likely a DM call on whether they can be summoned. Summon Greater Demon for example states that you summon a demon, and it is a demon. Originally in 3rd it was classified as half-demon, but in 5th it's a full demon. But, with that said, the text does say born of a drow priestess in an unholy ritual. So RAW in 5th, it qualifies, but I would take the "born" part literally as it was in earlier edition lore and exclude it.
They are half-fiend/half-drow, and the 3.5 book Champions of Ruin expanded it to directly state that they were the offspring of a drow priestess and a summoned demon (glabrezu). The drow priestess summones a glabrezu, then mated with it to produce a draegloth. So born is taken literally. As such, I would say that when it dies, it dies and cannot be re-summoned since it has a specific way of being created.
Does it actually die or does it get sent to the Abyss?
And if they do get sent to the Abyss, does that make it summonable?

Cool deal
