You make one like any other character, any combination of Species, Classes or Background can be a slave.
But before bringing slave into the game considering it may be a sensitive subject to some people, DM should make sure it's not a soft or hard limit for anyone.
It depends on your setting and group. Obviously slavery is bad, but that doesn’t mean it can’t have a place in a game. (See Duergar and Deep Gnomes in BG3 for example)
The simplest option would be a party that’s all evil aligned.
Alternatively you could be a custom race like an elemental or a devil/celestial under contract or enslaved through the use of planar binding (even good wizards in parties already use this on *innocent* elementals). Maybe the party is trying to free you?
Some people can’t even stand seeing the BBEG have slaves that you’re meant to try and free though, so definitely talk to your DM and party before trying to make a character like this.
There is a huge difference between slavery existing as a concept in a fictional game world, and the player characters actively keeping another character as a slave.
I am making a character as a slave for my party. How should I make it?
You’re really going to need to expand upon that before anyone can give you a useful answer.
Are you a player or DM?
Is this just for role play, or do you expect it to help the PCs overcome challenges?
Long-term or short?
Then there will be context: Where did they come from? What do they know? Who do they know? What do they do?
You shouldn't.
Seriously. Talk to your DM first. Ask your DM about "lines and veils". If your DM doesn't know what that means, consider finding a different DM.
Anzio Faro. Protector Aasimar light cleric. Lvl 18.
Viktor Gavriil. White dragonborn grave cleric. Lvl 20.

You shouldn’t. That’s really weird and would be upsetting to a lot of people.

Otherwise, have you thought of having it part of your backstory instead?
I’m not sure you’re being honest. Just looking for click bait. I had to click just to post this.
It's a bad and truly idea. Even just posting it here can affect people.

An Aarakocra that had its wings cut off. Seeks the art of Artifice to make new and improved wings with which to free others and punish oppressors.
Also just plain weird.
