I made a human that I haven't published. Planning on making the others over the course of the weekend.
I'm building "Backgrounds" into my races and using the Background section to manage spell lists for playtesting since it allows for additional spells that are marke on the character sheet.
I am working on a Chthonic Tiefling for the wifey. Not sure if I will get it right as I am new to it, but hoping to have it up later today.
I'm mostly done with my ardling. Doing the spells right is the slowest and most painful part since it's 45 spell entries if you want to keep up with future updates.
I haven't published publicly yet. Here it is. I was mainly doing it so my wife had it for a 1 on 1 session she asked for. Now she wants it to continue. Ack! Oh no!
The big issue I have is that the spell casting ability is chosen separate from the legacy, and I don't know of a way to make it so that there is some kind of decision tree where the player chooses INT, WIS, or CHA, and then choses the legacy, and it auto fill in the spellcasting ability modifier. Or if I just need to make each legacy 3 times, and then have the tree sort down to the correct one. Which is a pain. But for now, I have a level 1 Chthonic Tiefling CHA template.
I will publish it shortly and you can see where I probably can do better.
Making it work dynamically means you create a feature for the Legacy with three options.
Then you create a spellcasting feature with 9 options. This is three sets of abilities per legacy.
Under the ability selection, you add the cantrip one, the third-level spell twice (once singe cast and once with "uses spell slot) and then do the same for the 5th level spell.
That' 3 Legacies X 3 Abilities X 5 spells or 45 spell entries.
I'm currently validating my Ardling. I took a break after it got tedious and just finished adding the last spells.
I've baked the background into the races and am starting on my Tiefling now. Tiefling is now published. Ray of Sickness is a PHB spell, not a Basic Rules spell, so I had to make Abyssal Tieflings select their 3rd-level spell manually.
Yeah, for reasons due to copyright, you're allowed to make homebrew versions for your private collection but you're not allowed to publish them. It's screwy, I know, but...🤷♂️

It's a bummer, but Wizards has the right to choose how their stuff gets published on their platform. They have to weigh the benefits of wide accessibility of homebrew material against the risk of accidental retention of identical homebrew material.
The best way I can think to help at this point is creating a guide to creating your own versions of these guys.
But I'm going to focus on prepping my own playtesting campaign and do what I can to contribute to the wider community after. Maybe someone else will beat me to the punch.

I love the idea of play-testing them, but D&D Beyond has also made me way too lazy to every break out physical character sheets ever again.

Let me know if you're struggling with the "how".

Edit 2!: Orc is up.
It is not letting me view your creations. Did you publish them publicly?
They got pulled this morning by a mod. Apparently we're not allowed to share UA creations.
Several others were also pruned.
