On a cursory read of the Path of the Giant Barbarian, it sounds really fun. I will withhold judgement on balance after a bit more thought.
Same for Circle of the Primeval. Sounds fun to play and the idea of having a "Mammoth" or "T-rex" as a companion is thematically very cool. BUT I don't know if it is balanced.
The Runecrafter is exactly what I would want for a Dwarf Wizard or a Goliath Wizard, plus I am a fan of Wizard traditions that deviate from the standard "school of magic" concept.
I like that there are Feats with level requirements and that there is another "Feat Tree" set as well. Again, I will need to think more about how balanced they are or how good or bad they might be.
I can totally use this for one of my characters who is a drow that is meant to be Half-Fire Giant, that being mostly an aesthetic choice to play a drow that is 7 ft 7 in tall, but now with these options I can actually create a half-giant proper.
I love everything about Path of the Giant. Some abilities (like increasing in size and extra damage) feel like they overlap with the Rune Knight, but Im not too upset. Im just happy theyre finally making a route for Rage Damage to apply to thrown weapons. And throwing other creatures?? Thats tight as hell.
Circle of the Primeval? I think you mean DINO DRUID. Love the theme, although alot of the abilities arent very exciting to me as they feel like pretty standard "companion" features. I love the capstone ability as an alternative use of your spell slots to empower your companion. Dream build? Multiclass this with ranger and pull off some OG Power Ranger shenanigans
Runecrafter Wizard. Love the theme, but like the druid I dont find its features particularly unique or exciting at first glance. Tons of roleplay potential though and none of the abilities seem bad. I like that the runes are applied as part of casting a spell and scale with the level of slot expended.
Still gonna look over the feats, but overall a really cool UA imo

Oh man. Sigils of Warding lets you choose to succeed on Con saves? This rune wizard subclass is gonna be another good one for holding concentration, although I kind of wish it had its own number of uses rather than drawing from the same pool as Runic Empowerment

The more I look over the UA, the more I like the over all flavor of each option. So much so that I find that I can't quite decide whether anything is broken or just cool and exciting. I may need to come back to this after a day or so.
This is a nitpicking thing, but I am not sure I am a fan of the formatting for these feats, specifically how it lists the benefits. Most feats up to Tasha's just had the benefits listed as bullet points, but this UA (and some other recent works) seemed to have moved towards giving each benefit its own name/title. At the very least, I feel its a weird switch. I think it works well in certain cases, but seems superfluous for others.
For example, take Outsized Might. Here is how it is printed in the UA:
OUTSIZED MIGHT
You have absorbed primeval magic that allows you, despite your relatively small stature, to embody the might of titanic creatures. This grants you the following benefits:
Little but Mighty. You gain proficiency in either the Athletics or Acrobatics skill.
Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the amount you can push, drag, or lift.
Stalwart. You have advantage on saving throws against being moved or knocked prone.
but I feel that since each benefit is no more than a sentence long it would be easier just to format it more like one of the PHB feats:

Now there are some feats where I dont think this would read as smoothly and the newer format is merited. So, overall conflicted feelings on the format change.

If you have a 14th level Path of the Giant Barb and Circle of the Primeval in the same party, you can Fastball Special a dinosaur at your enemies. If the Druid readies a Moonbeam to be cast from its companion's location, you can Fastball Special a dinosaur that's firing a freakin laser beam
What a time to be alive
Edit: Although, sadly, you cant toss the creature at another creature. It might be tedious to write up, but I do think the ability would be more fun if it had the option of throwing one creature at another. Maybe base it off the rules from falling onto creatures from tasha's where the target makes a Dex save.
Your connection to giant strength now allows you to hurl both allies and enemies on the battlefield. As a bonus action while raging, you can choose one Medium or smaller creature within your reach and move it to an unoccupied space you can see within 30 feet of yourself. An unwilling creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) to avoid the effect. If, at the end of this movement, the thrown creature isn’t on a surface or liquid that can support it, the creature falls, taking damage as normal and landing prone.
If the chosen space is occupied by another creature that is not Tiny, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, both creatures collide with each taking 2d6 bludgeoning damage. The impacted creature also falls prone unless it is two or more sizes larger than the hurled creature. Following a successful save, the hurled creature instead lands in the nearest unoccupied space that is also within 30 feet but not directly above the originally chosen space.

Yeah, as written you have to do it as an indirect attack by throwing the creature to a space above another potential target. I think I am going to suggest that they make an adjustment to the subclass to allow targeting an occupied space with relevant rules to go with it. It really fits the subclasses theme to be able to throw creatures at other creatures.

Yeah, although I may need to look at the rules for unoccupied and occupied spaces. For example, if I remove the restriction of unoccupied spaces, what happens if the space is occupied by an object (like a statue) instead of a creature?
The easiest way to make this sort of thing work without all the extra rules is just to either throw the creature above another creature OR have the creature you are throwing Ready its action to attack -> throw it within melee range -> reflavor the attacks as hitting mid air.

Just skimming, these sound cool. I like that there's a Rune Wizard and am curious how it may relate to the Rune Knight and what if any "rune system" may be extrapolated from them (sort of like we have de facto psionics light system). I see Feats with level requirements I think or at least a table that seems to be looking at using feats differently, so I'm definitely curious about this one.
And of course I read the choice of a Giant's themed UA being an intentional trolling of my unquenched desire for a Path of the Dragon Barbarian with DRAGONRAGE.

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
Kinda hilarious how the Giant Power feature can't be used while raging due to it being a spell. Granted both cantrips being an action to cast a barbarian spending precious rage seconds making their voice 3 times louder might well cause them to lose their rage.
If anything entering rage should (also) allow them to get the effects of having cast the cantrip from Giant Power as a freebie bonus.
Just imagine getting so angry that your eyes turn a different color, or that your voice booms in a thunderous volume, or the door slams shut across the room from you... or that a tiny smiling golden orb appears informing you that the weather will be sunny tomorrow.
