Reverse the order between Fey Touched and Shadow Touched. Fey Touched grants you much better spells, like bless or command, and gives you misty step for free. Misty Step is a spell that nearly all arcane spellcasters (the ones that can actually cast it) to have, so getting it for free is a huge boon.
Hexblade warlocks can get a lot out of Great Weapon Master and Sharpshooter.
Resilient (Constitution) is better than war caster in my opinion. At higher levels, it provides a similar benefit to advantage, especially if your CON score is odd. This feat increases your Constitution score, and better CON = better hit points. Plus, you reap all the other benefits of being good at CON saves (poison, cold, disease, and more).
Spell Sniper is powerful if you are going to be primarily spamming eldritch blast. The range boost rarely comes up in games, but ignoring partial cover is sometimes underestimated. Gaining an extra attack cantrip is a nice bonus, as you already have eldritch blast. Use that extra cantrip slot for chill touch (for regenerating creatures and undead), or ray of frost (minor debuff, but redundant if you have the Lance of Lethargy invocation).
War Caster is useful on any spellcaster. Since you have very few spell slots, its important to get more value out of each individual spell slot.
Eldritch Adept gives you an extra invocation.
Lucky is valuable for any character.
Telepathic is a surprisingly strong half-feat. It gives you access to the situational detect thoughts spell for free. As a warlock, you don't have much room to pick up those niche utility spells (unlike wizard). The ability to communicate telepathically is helpful for infiltration.
Mobile is good for Hexblade warlocks, as it allows to hit-and-run. Warlocks don't have much hit points to survive long in melee, so being able to jump in and out of melee range will help you stay alive, especially if there is another proper tank to distract the enemy.
Elemental Adept is good on warlocks that rely on elemental damage (Fiend, Fathomless, or Genie). Then again, you always have eldritch blast, so its not required.
Tough is great for improving your survivability if you took Pact of The Blade and plan on getting into melee.
