Wyrm's Studded Leather is made from the cast-off scales of a Dragon. The scales are carefully worked to into a soft leather over the course of 10 years. The leather is highly valued and very rare. It requires both a master armorer trained to work in hide and metals.

While the armor is worn, you gain a +2 bonus to AC, you have advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, and you have resistance to cold damage.

Additionally, you gain the ability to speak draconic.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
