Weapon (maul), artifact (requires attunement by a Requires attunement by a character multiclassed as barbarian and druid)

The Wildwood Maul was once a simple Wardwood Maul but has been blessed by the Wildmother, via Herbert when he received his blessing. It will grow and adapt with the wielder as they grow themselves. For now, the Maul has the following properties.

You gain +1 to attack and damage rolls made with the Maul.

In addition, using an appropriate action or bonus action, the druid can Wildshape into a form they are capable of. This feature can be used for any Wildshape feature, such as Find Familiar or the Moon circle's Elemental Wildshape. Once used this property can't be used again until the following dawn.

Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
