Once per short rest, fires a grappling hook up to 60 ft.The user must make a DC 15 Slight of hand check to land the hook. On a successful check the user can gain advantage on climbing checks while worn. Alternatively the user can recall the rope, forcefully pulling the wearer to the grappled location (requiring a Dex save to not take damage). 

The launcher can lift a creature up to 300 lbs.

May misfire on a natural 1 (hook jams; action to repair with tinkerer tools).
