A beautiful metal pocket watch. Goldish colored metal, engraved with words on the back, and silver inlay on the front in the shape of two arrows making an infinity symbol. The watch hands do not move and seem to be stuck on 11:11.

The words on the back read as follows:  "The waves return, yet the moment remains. The sea forgets nothing."

Once per day the attuned user may use the powers of the watch to "turn back time". Reverting back time 1 turn and undoing any actions or effects that may have happened in that single moment of time.

Notes: This item must be attuned by Magical means. Specifically, it must be wound up under sea water and the words on the back spoken out loud.
