Tactical Shift (1/Short Rest)
When you blow the whistle, it emits a sharp, commanding blast. All allied creatures within 30 feet who can hear the whistle may immediately use their reaction to move up to 15 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.

Once this ability is used, it cannot be used again until you finish a short or long rest.

The whistle doesn't function in areas of magical silence or if the user cannot be heard.
