This potion is a magic item. As a Bonus Action, you can drink it or administer it to another creature within 5 feet of yourself. The creature that drinks the magical multicoloured fluid in this vial regains 2d4 +2 Hit Points.
As well as this, a character must roll a d8 to determine which negative consequence drinking it has caused.
D8 Table of Bad Decisions
1. Temporary loss of control. You lose control of your limbs for the next 8 hours and they seem to act in random accordance rather than what you would like.
2. Swapped Souls. Until your next long rest, the first creature you come into physical contact with swaps souls with you.
3. Slow-Motion. For the next hour you move in what others percieve as slow motion but you can't tell.
4. What Goes Down Must Come Up. You throw up the potion and your last meal, losing 3d4 Hit Points.
5. Colourblind. For the next hour, the world appears in black and white.
6. Sore Head. Until your next short rest, you have a headache that causes all skill checks to be at a disadvantage.
7. Hungry. You feel extra hungry for the rest of the day, eating double the rations you normally would.
8. Itchy. A rash covers your body and makes you uncontrollably itchy for the next hour.
