Indistinguishable from a Robe of Useful Items. When the wearer pulls a patch from the robe, the DM rolls on the Trinkets table to determine which item the patch transforms into. If the selected trinket already exists, and wouldn't reasonably have a duplicate, the DM can instead choose a different trinket.
