Each party member receives a small, living silver thread, stitched gently into a garment, piece of armor, tucked behind the ear, whatever they choose. The thread looks like a tiny ball of silver thread hanging from a loop of silver cord, slightly warm to the touch, and it hums softly when the wearer sleeps.

Restful Presence: The wearer requires 1 fewer hour to benefit from a long rest, as the threadlings watch over them in shifting time.

Guarded By Amruel: Once per week, when the wearer drops to 0 HP, the thread gently pulses and delays unconsciousness by 1 round, keeping them at 1 HP until the end of their next turn. If not healed, they fall unconscious after.

Should a wearer die before their time (as judged by Amruel), their thread burns away in silence, and the remaining will share one brief, prophetic dream of that fallen comrade’s future that never came to pass.
