This armor, whilst made from leather, was designed and made for a peculiar little "halfling". It looks and acts like a real suit with its black bottoms, white shirt,  and grey jacket, completed with a red bow tie (bow ties are cool). This design also includes a set of mittens that match the rest of the outfit.

 

It is a very difficult piece to doff once on, and seems to shrink when wet (though does not  constrict the wearer).

 

While wearing this armor, you gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class. 

 

Shh, don't tell anyone, but this is an armor made to give off the impression that the creature wearing it is of the humanoid persuasion. I mean, what... who said that?

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
