Zipple (Rope Dart) 1d4 Piercing Finesse, Light, Thrown (range 10/20) When you hit a creature at least 10ft away from you with an attack using this weapon, you can use your Bonus Action to take one of the following actions:
Flying Strike. You can immediately pull yourself towards a creature your size or larger, making a melee weapon attack against them. For every 10ft you travel, deal an additional 1d6 Bludgeoning damage on hit.
Get Over Here. You can immediately force a size Large or smaller creature to make a Strength Saving Throw. On a failure, they are pulled up to 20ft towards you in a straight line and fall Prone.
Rope Restrain. You can immediately cause a size Large or smaller creature to be Restrained by the rope. A creature can use its Action to make a Strength Check to free itself or another creature within its reach in a success.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
