The Tactical Hazard-Operations Rig (TH-OR) Mark 1 is a suit of magic-mechanical armor fashioned like ancient Plate armor.
While wearing and attuned to this techno-runic armor:

• Your Strength score is 19, unless it is already higher than 19.
• Once per Short Rest, you may use a Bonus Action to mentally command the armor in to High-Prot Mode, granting you Resistance to all Non-Magical Damage for 1 minute, but giving you 1 level of Exhaustion afterwards.
• Once per Short Rest, you can cast Feather fall.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
