An amulet that looks like a blackened heart

Traits:

Warding Flesh. Once per day, when Fiona takes necrotic damage, she instead gains temporary hit points equal to half the damage taken.

Heartbound. If the Widow’s Heart Medallion is destroyed or taken from her:

• She immediately takes 3d10 necrotic damage
• She becomes frightened for 1 minute (no saving throw)
• She loses access to Blight, Command (2nd level), and Inflict Wounds

Notes: Resistance: Poison, Resistance: Necrotic, Bonus: Armor Class, Charisma Save DC17 or losing 1d10 max hit points daily
