Weapon (glaive), legendary (requires attunement by a Weapon (glaive), legendary (requires attunement by a creature with Strength 18 or higher))

Forged in the heart of a mountain that once walked the world, this colossal glaive is etched with primordial glyphs and ringed in bands of starmetal. The blade hums with latent seismic energy, and its heavy butt-spike is capped in a chunk of petrified titan bone. When wielded in battle, it trails faint cracks in the air with each movement.

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Quakebound (Passive):

While attuned to Titan’s Wake, you gain the following benefits:

  • You have tremorsense out to 15 feet while standing on solid ground.

  • Difficult terrain caused by natural stone or earth does not slow your movement.

  • You cannot be knocked prone while standing on stone or earth.

  • Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, you may halve its movement until the end of its next turn.

Worldbreak (Recharge 5–6):

As an action, you slam the base of Titan’s Wake into the ground, unleashing a titanic shockwave. Choose a point on solid ground within 15 feet of you. A 30-foot radius tremor erupts from that point. Each creature on the ground (excluding you) must make a Strength saving throw (DC 18).

  • On a failed save, a creature takes 6d10 bludgeoning damage, is knocked prone, and is stunned until the end of its next turn.

  • On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and is not stunned or knocked prone.

Structures and terrain in the area are affected as if by the earthquake spell for 1 round (DM's discretion).

If this ability is used at a point of elevation, such as a hilltop or mountain ledge, the shockwave ripples outward in a 60-foot cone instead of a radius.

Upon using Worlbreak, you may roll a d6 at the beginning of subsequent turns. On a 5 or 6, you gain another use of the ability

Mountain’s Stand (1/Long Rest):

As a reaction when you are reduced to 0 hit points and not killed outright, you can slam Titan’s Wake into the ground, anchoring yourself with pure force of will. You instead drop to 1 hit point, and until the end of your next turn, you:

  • Cannot be moved, charmed, frightened, or knocked unconscious.

  • Gain resistance to all damage.

  • Emit a 30-foot aura of unshakable presence; allies in this aura cannot be knocked prone or moved against their will.

Sentience:

Titan’s Wake contains a slumbering fragment of an earth primordial. It communicates in rumbles and vibrations and seeks only worthy wielders who defend natural balance and stand tall against overwhelming odds.

Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
