Wyrm's Dominion. When you make an unarmed strike or a melee spell attack using the grafted arm, you can choose to have that attack ignore immunity to a specific damage type associated with the dragon from which the arm was taken (such as fire, cold, necrotic, lightning, or acid). The arm must be active (see "Cursed Activation" below) to use this feature.
Curse. This arm is cursed and becoming attuned to it extends the curse to you. Once attuned, the arm cannot be removed unless remove curse is cast, followed immediately by Regenerate or Wish. When you attune to this item, and each time you gain a level thereafter, your hit point maximum is permanently reduced by 2. This reduction can't be prevented in any way other than ending the curse. Additionally , like a slumbering dragon, at the start of each day the arm is dormant. While dormant, its Wyrm's Dominion property cannot be used. To activate the arm, you must take damage equal to or greater than the total hit point maximum you have lost from this item’s curse. Once you have taken this amount of damage in a day, the arm becomes active and remains so until the end of your next long rest.
Notes: How to calculate the damage needed to be taken awaken Wyrm's Dominion: 2 × (Current_Level – Level at which you attuned to item + 1) = HP Loss, Grafting the Arm. To attune to this item, you must sever one of your arms and replace it with the magically preserved arm of a humanoid-shaped dragon. This procedure must be performed during a short or long rest, and once complete, the graft becomes a permanent part of your body., Cursed, Handwear
