Description

Forged during an age of arcane industry, Titan’s Core is more than a weapon—it is a lost relic containing the soul-forged spark of a titanic war machine. In its dormant state, it appears as a metallic Warforged-style forearm and hand that seamlessly integrates with the wielder’s body, replacing or overlaying an existing limb. With a mere thought, it reshapes into a powerful warhammer, humming with arcane potential.

Dormant State Abilities

  • +1 Warhammer (Magical): You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

  • Modular Transformation (Arm/Weapon): As a bonus action, the hammer transforms into a mechanical forearm and hand, or back into a warhammer. In arm form, it functions as a normal limb, indistinguishable from a Warforged component.

  • Teleport Step: Immediately after you hit a creature with Titan’s Core, you can teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a long rest.

  • Boomerang Return: When thrown (range 70 ft., long range 200 ft.), Titan’s Core returns to your hand at the end of the attack, whether it hits or misses.

Flavor Notes

  • When thrown, Titan’s Core spins through the air like a blazing comet, leaving a trail of golden-blue light.

  • Upon return, it slams into your arm and seamlessly reforms into its forearm configuration with a deep clank and arcane hum.

  • Faint glyphs etched into its surface pulse subtly in moonlight or moments of intense emotion, hinting at its slumbering power.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
