No longer just a weapon, Titan’s Core is the crystallized heart of a lost divine machine—a god-engine fueled by planar fire and forgotten technology. In its Exalted form, Titan’s Core doesn’t just obey your will—it is your will, bonded to your soul and woven into your fate. Whether as a hammer, a radiant arm, or a storm of returning strikes, Titan’s Core reshapes the battlefield around you.


🛡️ Exalted Features


🔹 +3 Artifact Warhammer

  • You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this weapon. It counts as magical.

  • You can use your Strength or Dexterity (your choice) for attack and damage rolls.

  • Damage: 3d10 + Strength/Dex + 3 magical bludgeoning.


🔹 Living Arm of the Titan

You may shift Titan’s Core between mechanical arm and warhammer form as a bonus action. In arm form:

  • You have advantage on Strength checks and saving throws.

  • Your unarmed strikes deal 1d10 magical bludgeoning damage.

  • Reaction – Block one attack: Reduce damage by 2d10 + Strength modifier + proficiency bonus.

  • You may cast shield once per long rest from the arm interface.


🔹 Planar Blink

  • After each attack you make, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.

  • Usable Proficiency Bonus × 2 per long rest.

  • No reaction required.

  • If you teleport adjacent to a creature, you may make one additional weapon attack as part of the same action once per turn.


🔹 Quantum Throw (Perfected Return)

  • Titan’s Core can be thrown up to 100 feet (normal) or 300 feet (long) and returns instantly after each throw.

  • You ignore disadvantage at long range and all cover.

  • Once per turn, if you threw the weapon, you can make a second thrown attack as a bonus action.


🔹 Graviton Impact

  • Once per short rest, strike with overwhelming force.

  • All creatures in a 30-foot radius must make a Strength save (DC = 8 + Proficiency + Strength mod).

    • Fail: Take 8d10 force damage, knocked prone, launched 30 feet.

    • Success: Half damage, no knockback.

  • Structures may also take damage at DM discretion.


🔹 Heaven-Crushing Execution

  • Once per long rest, when you hit with a melee attack:

    • It automatically crits and deals quadruple damage dice.

    • Target must make a Constitution save (DC = 8 + Proficiency + Strength mod) or be stunned until the end of your next turn.

    • On kill: You may teleport to another creature within 60 feet and make a free melee attack.


🔹 Flight Surge

  • When you teleport or throw Titan’s Core mid-air, you may hover until the end of your next turn.

  • Flying speed = walking speed.

  • Usable Proficiency Bonus per long rest.


🧬 Soul of the Titan (Ascension Trait)

Once bonded, Titan’s Core fuses into your essence:

  • Resistance to Force damage

  • Immunity to disarm attempts

  • You cease aging, and your body evolves toward living construct traits.

  • If slain, your soul is stored inside Titan’s Core for 1d4 days.

    • During this time, it can be resurrected as if under the resurrection spell, even without your body.


💬 Flavor

In hammer form, it fractures the air and warps gravity.
In arm form, it gleams with radiant circuitry and glows with a pulse like a second heartbeat.
Each teleport echoes with low, harmonic thunder, like distant war drums signaling your arrival.

 

💣 Destruction of Titan’s Core (Exalted)

Titan’s Core cannot be destroyed by mundane means. Only a convergence of apocalyptic forces can shatter the bond between the weapon and the soul it holds. The following conditions must all be met simultaneously for the artifact to be truly and irrevocably destroyed:


⚠️ Destruction Conditions (All Must Be Met)

  1. Struck by the Heartpiercer of Null

    • A forgotten anti-creation weapon, known as the Heartpiercer of Null, must pierce the core while it is in arm form.

    • This weapon only exists in the void between dying planes and must be forged anew by an Echo of Unmaking — a creature made from the last breath of a dead god.

  2. Inside the Event Horizon of a Dead Star

    • Titan’s Core must be submerged within the singularity of a collapsed divine star, a celestial object found only in the shattered realm of Ecliptus Prime.

    • The singularity burns with absolute gravitational force, negating all teleportation, regeneration, and dimensional magic.

  3. During the Silence of All Things

    • Once every eon, for one minute, the multiverse falls silent: no gods can hear prayers, no magic answers the call — this is called The Silence of All Things.

    • Titan’s Core must be inside the dead star's event horizon and struck by the Heartpiercer during this exact minute.


🧬 What Happens Upon Destruction?

  • The soul stored inside Titan’s Core is released. If the original wielder was bound to the weapon, they suffer permanent death, bypassing all resurrection magic unless a god personally intervenes.

  • A shockwave of godsteel shards and gravitational collapse tears through the surrounding region, dealing 100 force damage to all creatures within 1 mile, knocking them prone and launching them 1d4×100 feet away.

  • The explosion creates a rift in reality, opening a gate to a forgotten realm where war machines and astral titans await a new master.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
