Set Bonus — Skywarden’s Regalia
When worn with the other three pieces — Crest of the Gale, Windbreaker Harness, and Skyrider Greaves — you gain the Wings of the Storm bonus:

• Glide Speed: If you cannot fly, you may move 2 ft horizontally for every 1 ft you descend and take no damage from falls.

• Flight Boost: If you can fly, your flying speed increases by +5ft.

• Storm Dive (1/long rest): As part of your movement, descend at least 30 ft in a straight line and make a melee attack. On a hit, deal an extra 4d6 lightning damage; target must succeed on a DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier. On a failed save, target creature is  knocked prone, creatures of your choice within 5 ft of the target also take 2d6 lightning damage as the impact discharges energy outward and be knocked prone.
