This warhammer holds up to 6 charges and regains 1d6 charges each dawn. You can spend any number of charges to produce a delicious, fresh beer from it. 1 charge = 1 liter of beer. Also, when you hit a creature, you may expand 2 charges to force the creature to make a Constitution Saving Throw DC 14. If the creature fails, it is drunk for 1 minute and illusory birds appear around its head. While drunk, it is considered poisoned and must roll a d6 every time it moves more than 5 ft. On a 5, it uses all movement to move a random direction, and on a 6 it falls prone before moving.
Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
