Traits:

  • Entropic Pulse (1/long rest): As a reaction when hit by a melee attack, release necrotic backlash. Attacker makes Con save (DC = 8 + PB + Con mod). On fail: takes 1d6 necrotic damage and is pushed back 5 ft. Success: half damage, no push.

  • Amphibious Breath: Can breathe air and water while holding the buckler.

  • Draconic Mark: Advantage on Intimidation checks made while visibly carrying the buckler.

Description / Flavor: A small round buckler with overlapping amber wyrmling scales. Glows faintly when struck, like cracks of golden lightning.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
