Weapon (whip), very rare

A pair of gloves that you place on your hands.  Once placed on your hands the weave surges through them creating thin barely noticeable wires from each finger tip.  These wires work as whips but can also grab their opponent.  When grabbing their opponent these wires can wrap themselves around the creatures body.  Pulling tightly the wires act upon the wearers thoughts, tightening/loosening depending on the wearer.

 

You can use your attack action as a grapple/restrain action.  This will allow you to instead of attacking you attempt to grapple your opponent.  Your opponent must make a Strength save DC is 8+Dex+Prof Mods.  If failed first attempt grapple is issued, if failed a second the condition of restrained takes effect.  During grappling you can use your attack action to deal 2D4 magical slashing damage to your opponent.  During Restrained you can use your attack action with advantage to deal 4D4 magical slashing damage.  

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
