A gourd-shaped wooden flask filled with World Tree Sap. As a bonus action the attuned can take a swig to restore hit points equal to 1/2 their maximum hit points. The flask contains enough for 5 swigs. The flask refills itself each dawn.

 Additionally the sap doubles as rations if the attuned is hungry or thirsty.
