Your Strength score is 19 while you wear these gauntlets. They have no effect on you if your Strength is 19 or higher without them.
A scorched metal gauntlet forged from blackened steel and lined with infernal runes that glow a dull red when anger stirs. The inside reeks faintly of ash and blood. The longer you wear it, the warmer it grows — until your hand shakes with the promise of violence.

Abilities (While Attuned)
Fury Unleashed (Triggered Ability)
When you take damage from a creature, you may use your reaction to enter a brief rage for 1 minute.
While raging in this way:
- You gain +2 to damage rolls with melee weapon attacks.
- You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- You can’t cast or concentrate on spells.
This ability can be used once per short or long rest.
Smoldering Presence (Passive)
You emit faint heat when angry. You have advantage on Intimidation checks against any creature that can see you.
Additionally, when you roll a natural 20 on a melee attack, the weapon ignites, dealing an additional 2d6 fire damage.
Cursed Effects
Infernal Fury (Critical Misfire Curse)
When you roll a natural 1 on any attack roll, you immediately lash out in blind rage.
You must make a melee attack against the nearest creature, friend or foe.
If no creature is in range, you strike yourself, taking 1d6 fire damage as the gauntlet burns your arm.
Burning Resentment (Passive Curse)
The gauntlet feeds on your anger. Whenever you are insulted, injured, or otherwise provoked, make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw.
On a failure, you are compelled to attack the source of your anger on your next turn, using your most direct means of harm.
Ashen Heart (Long-Term Corruption)
Each time you kill a creature while attuned, the gauntlet brands your palm with a faint ash mark.
After five brands, your maximum HP is permanently reduced by 5 — the fires within consume you from inside out.
This reduction can only be undone by a wish or divine intervention.
