Creatures (except undead and constructs) with blood in there veins take a extra 1D4 Necrotic damage with a bonus action unarmed strike.

If your martial arts dice becomes 1D6 you can use the glove's overheal ability. When you are on full HP and you get health back from the glove, you will store this health (max 10 HP). You can use the stored health to heal any creature other than yourself. You will use the stored health when you heal someone. When you have stored 10 HP in the glove, you can use the ability Necrotic Wave which forces the target to make a strength saving throw (DC 13). On a failed save the target is knocked prone or pushed 5ft away from you.
