The mummified hand of a long dead thief, who was rumored to have been able to see in the dark. The hand is sinewy, and the bony fingers curled. When activated, the fingers unfurl into an open hand. 

This hand has 6 charges, and recharges 1d4+1 charges following a long rest. A charge can be expended to cause the hand to emit magical light in a 10 foot radius for 1 hour. This light can only be seen by the attuned. The light is bright and no dim light is shed beyond the radius. At any time during the duration, additional charges can be expended to increase the radius by 5 feet for each charge used. When used in this way, additional charges do not extend the original duration of the light.
