The Evertool  grants the following benefits in its dormant state:

• The tool can be used as tinker's tools for any purpose. When using the tool, you are considered proficient in tinker's tools and you have advantage on ability checks made to alter arcanotech.
• The tool may be used as an artificer's arcane focus. 

Awakened

When the Evertool  is attuned, it reaches an awakened state and gains the following properties:

• The Tool is a +2 artificer's focus. 
• The Tool may communicate with the High Priest of the Evonic Temple like a sending stone. 
• The Tool allows its user to navigate while sailing in the Evonic sea. 

The Awakened Evertool is sentient.
