This looks like an ordinary tub of lotion, however, when applied to the skin, it mildly repels the undead. Applying the lotion takes 1 minute while wearing light armor or less, 5 minutes in medium armor, and 10 minutes in heavy armor.

For 8 hours after applying the lotion to a majority of your body, undead creatures will not target you with melee attacks unless they can't reach another hostile creature with their movement that turn. If all hostile creatures in the undead creature's range are wearing this lotion, the lotion will have no effect.

The lotion smells absolutely horrid. Before applying applying the lotion, you must make a DC 12 Constitution save to not gag and to maintain concentration on any spells. For 10 minutes after applying the lotion, you have disadvantage on Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration on spells.

The tube contains enough lotion for 10 uses. When the tube is empty, roll a d20 to see if you can squeeze a bit more out. On a 20, you have just enough for one extra use. On a 1, you appear to also get enough lotion for another use. This lotion is actually Zombie Attractant, which will cause the undead to exclusively target you if they can reach you.
