On your first turn of combat, you can infuse this arrow with all of your wisdom. Before you roll to hit, you must say you are using this arrow. When you roll to hit, the d20 becomes the damage die instead, plus your wisdom modifier. The enemies AC is ignored, and the arrow hits unless the enemy dodges successfully.  On a critical, you add your wisdom modifier twice instead of doubling the dice roll.
