Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement)

This ornate dagger has a milky white glass bead embedded within its pommel. It comes with a band of similar white beads forming a bracelet, with wisps of mist flowing from the beads and drifting in the direction of the bead in the dagger.

Once per turn, you may speak the command word "return" to call the dagger to your hand. As long as the dagger is within 100 feet of you, it vanishes from its previous position and appears in your grasp in a swirl of mist.

Once per day, you may use a bonus action to speak the command word "pursue" and teleport to the dagger. As long as the dagger is within 30 feet of you, you appear in the space of the dagger, leaving a vaporous outline in the space you left which quickly dissipates. If the space is occupied by another creature, you teleport to the nearest unoccupied space.

Once per day, you may use an action to speak the command word "vanish" to cast fog cloud centered on yourself without requiring concentration. The fog lasts until the end of your next turn before being dispelled and does not obscure your vision as long as you hold the dagger.

You may only use these abilities if you are wearing the band of glass beads.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
