This item appears to be a long sword hilt with no blade. When you pick it up, a light wind swirls around you and you are immediately aware that there is something magical about this item. There is small writing on the hilt. This writing is the code word "Ventus"  You must succeed on a dc 18 intelligence check to find the writing. once the code word is said, strong winds gather around the hilt and a blade extends out of the handle, surrounded by constantly swirling wind. This blade can be retracted only by the person who summoned it, by saying the code word. the blade cannot be destroyed by non-magical sources. If the blade is destroyed, it can be re-summoned. This weapon deals 1d12 slashing damage, 2d6 bludgeoning damage, and pushes the target 10 feet.

Air Strike

You may take an attack action to make a ranged attack with the zephyr blade and slash the air, creating a burst of air with a range of 100 feet. On a successful attack, this deals 3d6 bludgeoning damage and pushes the target 5 feet. This ability can be used 3 times every short/long rest.

Elemental Flight

You may take an action to cast the fly spell without expending a spell slot. This ability can be used once every long rest.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
