Ebb and Flow.This staff has 10 charges and regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Turn the Tide. While holding the staff, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: Eldritch Blast (2 charges) or water breathing (5 charges) or conjure minor elementals (6 charges).

Touch of Chaos. While using the staff as a spell casting focus the user is under the effects of wild magic, the user must roll a d20 for every leveled spell cast using the staff as a focus, on a 1 they must roll percentile dice for an additional effect from the wild magic table, this does not occur for cantrips. The staff cannot go more than three spells without releasing some of the chaotic power building within and will surge with an effect on the next spell cast with it, again ignoring cantrips, this resets with every surge.
