This tome, originally made and held by Ioun, contains the history and any additional important information of all villains that have lived in the world.

This tome writes itself and is constantly updating with any information that it deems important {Race, background, class levels, magic items, etc} to anyone who reads this. 

However, in order to read this, a player must undergo a purification ritual and can only be read with a sacred room deep within a secret library. 

Only those who have done anything deemed evil or chaotic by the gods may be written within this tome. If someone were to do something truly lawful or good, their name and information gets transferred to the Tome of Venerable Heroes.
