A white ivory whistle with engravings of a horse on both sides with a round dark blue sapphire gem within it. Once blown, it will admit a high pitch noise, and the gem will glow. After a few seconds, a flash of white light will emit from the whistle itself, summoning 2 Warhorse Skeletons, 1 Skeleton that dresses in ruined fancy attire, and a large ivory carriage with 68 (8d10 +12) Hit points that shares with the Warhorse Skeleton and Skeleton.. The carriage can hold up to 10-12 small creatures, or 6-8 medium creatures, or 2-4 large creatures. The Skeleton will understand any language from the player who blew the whistle originally, and will ask the player where they wish to go. The player must know either the name, location, or have a map pointing on where the player wishes to go. Once confirmed with the location, the players have five minutes to enter the carriage before it takes off. The movement speed of the carriage is 120 feet per round, or 60 feet if in rough terrain., and will not stop until it reaches its destination. The Skeleton, Warhorse Skeletons, and carriage will disappear after 72 hours, or when it reaches its destination. It will also disappear if the carriages hit points reach 0. When it disappears, it will eject the players within the carriage, and another flash of light from the whistle will happen, and the carriage will be gone. Once it disappears, the whistle cannot be used again for 3d4 days. This item can only be used outside, and the carriage will only take the fastest route possible to the destination.
