Weapon (flail), uncommon

A teleportation mishap left The Halruaan lich, Wrezick entombed and unable to move for over a decade. This left her terrified of teleportaion magic thereafter refusing to use it. Once a rock slide freed her, she crafted this flail from the skull, femur, and skin of a renowned cartograhper and inscribed her symbol on it. The craftsmanship is quite exquisite. The matte black skull is inlaid with alabaster and makes up the striking head. Supple red leather wraps the haft which is carved to conceal that its a femur. Using an action and uttering the correct command word the skull will turn to face north, clacking it's jaws as it does so. While wielding the flail, the leather wrapping the handle squirms causing the wielder a strong sense of distaste but no other ill effects.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon and can find true north by expending an action and uttering the command word.

Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
