This item resembles a large Tetrahedron shaped Ruby, 3 inches to a side, exquisitely cut and containing a small mote of fiery energy, erratically zipping around inside the gemstone casing. As an action, this Ruby may be cast into an open fire, destroying the Ruby and summoning forth a powerful spirit from the elemental plane of fire. The exact type and power of this Elemental is only known to the Efreeti that created the Gemstone. Once summoned, the extraplanar creature is hostile to all creatures it comes into contact with. 

Whomsoever would land the final blow onto the Elemental which is released from the Ruby, shall be given 1 wish to be granted, however the wording of that wish must be uttered within 1 minute of the creature being slain, or the wish is lost.
