Sentience. 

The Zealot's Head is a sentient item which adopts the alignment of the bearer's chosen deity. The Zealot's Head  has an Intelligence of 13, a Wisdom of 15, and a Charisma of 16. It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 60 feet.

This item communicates telepathically with its bearer and can speak, read, and understand Common.

Once attuned, The Zealot's Head  increases bearer's charisma score by +2. It also gives the bearer advantage on persuasion checks intended to spread the word of their deity.
